All PowaKaddy 2002 Electric models purchased from MARCH 2002 and display the new PK logo are guaranteed against faulty or defective materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This is a conditional guarantee in that your machine MUST be serviced 12 months after purchase by an approved PowaKaddy service agent. Batteries, clutches, potentiometers and motor brushes are covered for 12 months. Pull carts, cart bags and electric models purchased BEFORE MARCH 2002 are covered by a standard 12 month guarantee, running from the original date of purchase. During the relevant period all breakdowns due to faulty workmanship or materials should be repaired entirely free of charge by one of our approved USA Service Agents.
